| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payments using 128 bit secure online encryption via the SECPAY secure payment gateway we are never party to your card details. If we ship a part order the out of stock items will automatically go on back-order for you to be shipped ASAP. | Shipping And Handling If your order value is over £40 we make no charge for shipping to over 99% of addresses in the UK mainland. Free shipping uses the most economical method possible and takes approx. 3 to 5 WORKING days. Orders below £40 attract a £4 small order surcharge to cover admin, packing, shipping, and card fees.. The following postcode areas attract a £5.99 postage surcharge on parcels of up to 10kg thereafter 40p per kg. To accomplish this we use APC couriers. This service is very reliable and guarantees delivery to virtually all of the UK next day. Our livestock handling fee is £15 which covers: APC overnight courier, Air Freight Box, Chemical Heat Pack(s), etc.Whilst this service is expensive it works, and we will not put livestock at risk by using cheaper inferior services.*Remember you are responsible for live animals. If nobody is in to accept the shippment on the day you arrange we will recall the parcel to try and save the animals lives. We will bill you for the total cost of doing this and we reserve the right to refuse to supply you with livestock again*Guide sizes are the approximate shipping size of the animals on our website. |

| Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Naturally, you have the option to cancel the backordered parts of your order if you would rather not wait. We try to keep good stocks of all our best selling items but we are sometimes caught out by higher than expected demand or supply problems. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included. All other orders are VAT free and you should contact us. As a guide to work out a VAT free price take the price you see on the website and divide by 1.175. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted by the bank and SECPAY payment gateway. In the unlikely event of any livestock turning up dead we will replace it free of charge on your next order or if you would prefer we will raise a credit note instead. Please note we require:1/ To be informed of the problem by email/fax timed before midnight on the day of delivery. In the event of your email/fax not working simply phone us on 01334-656699 before 6pm on the day of delivery. This deadline is absolute.2/ "Proof of loss" in the form of the dead livestock being returned to us.3/ That you follow the acclimation instructions supplied with the livestockGuide sizes are the approximate shipping size of the animals on our website.All guarantees are offered on a return to base basis. Please check the paperwork carefully as many extended guarantee offered by manufacturers require the goods to be returned directly to them.Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the goods supplied. In particular we shall not be liable for any consequential loss.We have attempted to be as accurate as possible in our photographs (which are provided for illustration purposes only) and product descriptions, but mistakes do happen and manufacturers do alter specifications and packaging.
