Why a Pressure-Regulating PumpIn the traditional RO pump, extreme low temperature, air entering lines, erratic and high water pressure frequently causes both RO pump and RO Membrane failure. For example, in areas where water pressure is unstable the result follows:1. The unstable local tap pressure causes the traditional pumps to produce unstable output pressure, resulting in RO film overstretch.2. The diaphragm of the traditional pump is likely to stretch or leak, resulting in early failure of pump diaphragm.This RO-MAN A series Self Pressure-Regulating pump was designed with the intentions of:a) Overcoming the above environmental factors, b) To protect the RO film and diaphragm from high tap pressures. No matter how high or unstable the water pressure is (within 0- 70 psi range), the A series pump will produce a consistent water pressure range for the RO film. In other words, our A series pump can be adjusted to produce a stabilized 70 psi for most RO Membrane requirements). Moreover, output pressure can be adjusted for RO Membrane rated from 60 psi to 80 psi consistently as long as local water pressure is below 50 psi and above 0 psi (the tap pressure limits the lowest pump output pressure).The self pressure-regulating feature will eliminate the instability in pump pressure during cold (3°C) and high pressure environments, allowing consistent pressure during all times, thus increasing the longevity of both the pump diaphragm and RO Membrane. The A series Self Pressure-Regulating pump uses special patented processes to achieve the following improvements:I.
