Voted best aquatic retailer in Scotland by the readers of Practical Fishkeeping 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.We currently have almost 100 marine fish and invert tanks and all of our livestock is pre-quarantined and then quarantined again on site prior to sale. On the freshwater side we offer over 500 species of fish and a good selection of aquatic plants. For coldwater fans we stock a wide range of fancies, goldfish.Please note for security and business reasons orders placed and paid for via our internet site, by post, by telephone or by fax cannot be collected from the shop, instead they must be sent to the address which was given at the time of ordering. Our shop and mail order divisions operate independently of each other and not all of our shop goods are available via our mail order service: for example glass aquariums are too fragile to post. Mail order and web offers are not valid in the shop and shop offers are not valid mail order or on the web.

Even we are not able to view your credit card details or add any charges to your card. To date there have been no documented incidents of data being compromised using this system.MAKING A PURCHASEMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payments using 128 bit secure online encryption via the Credit Call secure payment gateway we are never party to your card details. If we ship a part order the out of stock items will automatically go on back-order for you to be shipped ASAP. If at anytime you wish to cancel a back-order before it has shipped just let us know and we will do so straight away.This online service is aimed at UK based customers. For international customers we also operate a telephone based mailorder service on +44 (0) 1334 656699, we can send most non-fragile, non-perishable dry goods to international addresses.BACK ORDERSIf an item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Naturally, you have the option to cancel the backordered parts of your order if you would rather not wait.
