The Deltec Kalkwasser Stirrer is ideal for supplying the marine aquarium with saturated Kalkwasser. When the Kalkwasser stirrer is connected to an automatic water level top-up system the supply of Kalkwasser to the aquarium is automatic.

The Deltec Kalkwasser Stirrer can be operated in combination with the Deltec Calcium Reactor with positive effects. Kalkwasser compensates for the excess of bicarbonate of the calcium reactor through additional calcium supply.

The continuously produced acids in the marine aquaria are being neutralized, the carbonate hardness will be stabilised. An excessive increase in th pH value is being avoided through the slow and automatic (top-up system) supply.

The Kalkwasser is continuously saturated through the mixing motion. The slow revolution of the mixer and a reduced water flow (adjustable) prevents accidental supply of pure calcium hydroxide into the aquarium.
