Twin pod unit consisting of carbon block/sediment filter followed by refillable colour changing DI filter. Ideal for rapidly preparing small volumes of very pure water for use in marine and discus tanks.The carbon block removes chlorine and pesticides whilst the DI resin deals with hardness, metals, nitrate, phosphate and so on.The exact volume of water treated depends upon the quality of the tapwater. Very hard dirty tapwater can give as little as 50 gallons per refill whilst soft clean water can give as much as 1,500 gallons per refill.These units are supplied with cartridges and hoses fitted, and a variety of inlet options for you to choose from.
